Hello Everbody!

I'm so excited this week because it's the last week of winter and in  just 2 days in will be Spring!
Bring on summer, sun and holidays I say! :)

This week I picked up a few tips from Peter Beare from Strive Fitness about stress and managed to make a few more contacts in the industry to bring you lots of info on some therapies you may not have known much about before.
Stay tuned for those interviews in the next few weeks!

This weeks SNACK BITES were two very healthy food/supplements that you may not have known much about before.

When you're trying to get healthy and get in shape, you are bombarded with information from every which way about what to eat, how much to eat and what not to eat. Fat is one of those foods! Do you eat it, do you cut it out completely? Is there really such a thing as good fats and can you even get lean and lose weight by eating fat?
This week, Kristin exposes the truth about fat!

This week Joy speaks to us about food intolerances and allergies in children and gives us some hints and tips on preparing nutritious and delicious school lunches! With allergies in children having increased in the last few years, it's important not to expose kids to food they may have an adverse reaction to. But in the school environment, how do you give your child food they will love and food that will not make them sick. Joy lets us know how fresh, living foods can be fabulous for children and their allergies.

We all get stressed from time to time. Sometimes it lasts a few hours, other times it can seem to stick around for weeks or even months. Stress can be both good and bad, but too much bad stress can have serious effects on our health and can even lead to heart disease and other serious illnesses. Peter gives us the lowdown on the different types of stress and the best ways to balance the proportion of good and bad to help us stay healthy and sane!   :)
