31st January - Sleep 4 Health, Metabolism Tips, Kids in the Kitchen

Hello everyone and welcome back again to Total Vitality!

I had a great day on Friday at a Living Foods Workshop with Joy Mozzi from FRUVENU!

A wonderful family with 5 kids were having a workshop and allowed me to come in to their home and be a part of it!
We had a lot of fun, the kids got right in to it and the food was delicious, I became so full and yet I was eating so so healthy!
Thanks again Caitlin for allowing me to be a part of your workshop :)

This week I have a fabulously nutritious and slightly unusual SNACK BITE for you.
Check out the fact sheet right here:

OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT

And check out the audio below from today's interviews.
Let me know what you think by leaving a comment below and if you have any ideas for interviews or snack bites, please leave a comment or send a message via the Facebook fan page.

Have a super healthy and happy week!

Just on Friday I had the opportunity to attend my first workshop with Joy and it was so much fun, I learnt so much and ate myself silly! If you are keen to learn more about including more living raw foods in to your diet, I strongly suggest visiting Joy's website and enquiring about the workshops!

And that you may experience weird and wonderful cravings for gherkins with icecream, tuna and strawberry jam or chocolate egg sandwhiches! But pregnancy is the most crucial time in your life for good nutrition and to fill us in on the facts about good pregnancy nutrition and this week, Briony lets us know whether pregnancy really is an excuse to eat more.

Fasting has been known to help the body overcome disease, restore health and reverse ageing. On Wednesday 27th October, Greg Fitzgerald will be holding a seminar and Q & A session along with special guest Dr Alec Burton on “Fasting Can Save Your Life” and “Reversing the Ageing Process”.
Dr Alec Burton has been renowned as the world’s foremost authority on fasting for over 30 years. Whilst studying medicine in 1949 he became very sick and faced imminent surgery. Instead, under the guidance of a practitioner who understood how fasting aided the body’s innate healing powers, and to the astonishment of his medical professors, Alex fasted and fully recovered, without the need for surgery or drugs. He then studied the subject of fasting, nutrition and natural health and in the early 1950’s, started fasting patients who presented with serious health issues, often helping patients restore their health after doctors had given up on them.

Meet Dr Alec Burton and Greg Fitzgerald at their seminar:
